Communications Society

The Communications Society (COMSOC) of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, began operations in January 1972 with more than 8,800 members. Since then it has become the leading international forum for the exchange of ideas in communication technologies and networking information, thus achieving the development of most of the current communication technology. The activities of COMSOC are: publications, technical activities and conferences.
